Her passion for dance, arts, and culture fuels her innovative approach, best known for curating diverse dance styles in unconventional venues. Saroyan collaborates with notable artists and companies, mentors emerging talents, and fosters cross-sectoral collaborations. With a BFA in Dance and extensive international experience, she embodies visionary leadership and has shaped Small Stage into an iconic cultural institution.

Creative Consultant
Cory is a visionary leader and theatre arts professional with over 30 years of working in all aspects of the performing arts industry. She also has a strong background in operations and is a skilled professional in Nonprofit Organizations, Directing, Writing, Acting, Producing and Event Planning, Film, and Event Management.

Research + Development
Patrick is passionate about bridging disciplines of practice and thrives in collaborative projects. He is a designer of interactive experiences working as a sound designer, designer of learning and producer of scalable virtual and augmented reality prototypes.
Teaching sound design and collaboration at UBC Theatre and Film, he draws from his work as an award-winning sound designer and composer for live and virtual spaces having worked on over 250 productions in Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Digital Strategy
Annelise comes from a background as an independent producer, with training at such prestigious institutions at the Canadian Film Centre (Producer’s Lab) and Banff Centre for the Arts (Electronic and Film Media). Since 1995 she has been working in the field of online marketing and has always been an avid gamer and consumer of digital content.
